Excel Hints is very excited to announce our First Contest Giveaway! We want to say thank you to all of our loyal readers as well as welcoming new visitors by offering a chance at some great prizes. And we have over $1400 of prizes!
Prizes
Between now and the last day of November, we will be accepting entries into the random draw giveaway. We have four great prizes that can be won:
- 1st Prize – 10 Hours FREE Excel consulting from XLAutomation ( a $900 Value!)
- 2nd Prize – Office 2007 Standard Full Version ($399.95 Value!)
- 3rd Prize – 2Gb iPod Shuffle ($60+ value) from ExcelConsulting.net – website engraved.
- 4th Prize – $50 Cash (Payable through PayPal)
Ways to Enter
As you can see, you don’t want to miss your chance to win. There are 2 easy ways to enter into the contest – you can choose one or both ways to enter. So here’s how to get in:
- 1 Ticket – Subscribe to Excel Hints Email Feed by entering your email in the subscribe box at the top left of the page, under the search box or by clicking here (It needs to be email subscription so I can contact the winners)
- 2 Tickets – Write a post about this contest on your blog. Must be at least 50 words long and include a link back to this contest post and to the Excel Hints main page
That’s it. It’s that easy to enter. By doing both, you can get 3 chances to win one of the prizes. At the end of the contest, I will randomly draw the winners and contact them by email.

Additional Important Contest Information
- Only one ticket available per person for signing up for the email feed.
- Please contact me through the contact form to let me know about the blog post you have written about the contest (Blog posts only).
- After announcing the giveaway winners, I will contact them by email. Winners have 10 days to accept the prize. If no reply from the winners, I will redraw a winner for that prize until a winner is found.
- XLAutomation consultation prize must be used by 12/31/2008.
- All physical prizes will be shipped for free.
- Shipping only available in US, international shipping is too expensive at this time (Office 2007 & iPod shuffle are the two prizes that require shipping).
- Contest Ends November 30th at Midnight EST.
