		<description>For some reason it is returning #N/A, rather than the rank when there are identical numbers (such as 2 75%s above).  I tried making sure the format of the cells being used in the formula are all numbers, but that doesn&#039;t help.</description>

when , i tried, that time only dates wise changed but months and year not chnaged.
